Skot Hanna was a featured artist at the Kennedy Center for the Arts in Washington D.C. He taught for three years at Vassar College as a commissioned composer, and for three years at the University of Wisconsin as an artist in residence.
Skot often performs with his students and receives standing ovations for his university show

Skot’s latest work features a departure into cutting edge music technology with live looping, synthesizer hand drum and electric guitar, combined with all the other exciting elements of his performances, like wood xylophone and drumming and chanting. His live concerts also feature a full light show.
He has also been working in the studio for the past year on a concept album titled “Man in the maze”.
